I will work side-by-side

increase profitability. I diagnose key business processes by pursuing
cost effectiveness, eliminating waste and recommending information
technology-based solutions that add value to your organization and help
create sustainable improvements in business processes, products and/or
services. This approach incorporates a highly collaborative way of
working with clients while also establishing a climate in
which good ideas within the organization are highly valued.

I have led high
performance technology and business project teams to analyze, recommend
and implement large-scale, fully integrated solutions and creative
business process improvements which have directly contributed to
increased customer satisfaction, decreased operating costs, increased
revenues and reduced business process cycle times. Several of these
solutions required strong project leadership, implementation of rapid
application development processes as well as success in building
strategic business and technology alliances with major vendors,
suppliers and customers.
I have teamed with
clients to build several highly regarded, award-winning information
services and technology products. I have also worked with client
management teams to turn around and improve a number of Fortune 1000 I/T
organizations.
I am known for my
ability to effectively work through tough business situations while
remaining both sensitive to and respectful of people. I am a doer and
proven project leader.

Customers deserve better consulting services at a better rate.
You find ways to work with people, not criticize them. Working in a
collaborative fashion with my clients is the only way to get things
done.
Consulting firms should not falsely cast themselves as experts when they
are not.
In focusing on substantive bottom-line results rather than empty Big 4
type deliverables.
I actively work on client projects. I do not
believe in top-heavy consulting structures comprised of Account
Managers, Partners and Area Directors who provide no value and only add
to already exorbitant fee structures.
Customers benefit from consultants who can avoid boiler-plate
methodologies and biased technology solutions. Subject Matter Expertise
(SME) counts. It is good to know what you're talking about.
Practical expertise is more important than book knowledge and attending
the latest seminar.
Mission
I recognize and deliver
on the one key imperative in consulting: to deliver results. I am

I expect from myself. My Mission is clear and simple: to help
